By choosing this method in your campaigns, the tool will automatically send the notification at the time most likely to be clicked by each user who receives it, increasing the opening rates and therefore the conversion of the campaign.
For example: Based on the history of the users, the algorithm sends the notification to María at 8:15 a.m. while Carla at 2:50 p.m. and Santiago at 5:00 p.m. , always in the user's local time.
In the case of new clients for whom we still do not have enough information, it will be sent based on the data of the rest of the user. The notification will be sent on the selected day between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.
